Happy Holidays, Team Brave! It’s time for twinkle lights, hot chocolate, Christmas music, and of course: holiday shopping. While I’m always grateful for the joy this time brings, I know it can also come with a lot of stress. So just in time for holiday shopping madness, here are the items I’m loving now — so you don’t even have to think about it. The best part? Proceeds from all Brave, Not Perfect items go to Girls Who Code!
FOR THE FRIEND WHO WOULD RATHER COZY UP AT HOME:
As soon as it gets cold out, I can’t wait to snuggle up inside with my son and my dog. While we’re waiting out the cold weather, I love using my Brave, Not Perfect mug for my morning coffee or for my evening tea – especially when I get to wear my pajamas for both. I’m also loving these fuzzy socks and this cozy candle. They make me never want to leave my couch.
FOR THE FRIEND WHOSE NEW YEARS RESOLUTION INVOLVES THE GYM:
Sometimes building our bravery muscle means literally building some muscle. If your friend is using the New Year to renew their gym membership, go for more runs, or start that morning yoga routine, then our Brave, Not Perfect water bottle is the perfect gift to keep them both hydrated and motivated. Want to make it a theme? Try this workout headband and this gym bag.
FOR THE FRIEND WHO’S ALWAYS HONEST WITH YOU:
We all have those friends we turn to for deep conversations – the ones who just know you. Brave, Not Perfect is the perfect gift to give that friend so you can keep each other accountable in your bravery journeys. If you want some conversation topics after you finish the book, I like this question game and this planner that inspires me to think about my goals and what I really want.
FOR THE FRIEND WHO HELPS YOU EDIT YOUR INSTAGRAM:
Some friends just have an eye for style – it’s instinctual for them. If you have a friend who edits your Instagram or helps you figure out where to put that new lamp you bought, then gift them this necklace so they always have an elegant reminder to let go of fear. If you’re looking to impress them with your own eye for design, I like these bookends or this coffee table book about beautiful Japaneze Zen gardens.
